Delivery, Handover and Inspection Policy

1. Nature of the product

eCenter provides online education services (courses, 1-on-1 lessons, digital learning materials). Delivery means access granted on your account — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery time

Access to your course or lesson package is activated automatically once payment is confirmed, normally within 5 minutes. If a technical issue delays activation, the maximum processing time is 24 business hours.

3. How delivery works

Your access appears under "My courses" after signing in. We also send a confirmation email with your order details and getting-started instructions to your registered address.

4. Scheduling and 1-on-1 lessons

For 1-on-1 lessons you pick a slot from the teacher's calendar after payment. The online classroom link is emailed to you and shown on your dashboard at least 15 minutes before the lesson.

5. Inspection

You can inspect the service before buying via the free trial lesson and the description, syllabus and duration published on each course page. After activation, please check your access and content immediately; if anything differs from the description, report it within 7 days and we will handle it under the Refund Policy.

6. Costs and support
