Payment Guide and Ordering Process

1. Ordering process

Step 1: choose a course or lesson package. Step 2: click "Enroll" and sign in or create an account. Step 3: review your order (course name, duration, fee). Step 4: pick a payment method and complete the payment. Step 5: receive the confirmation email and start learning.

2. Payment methods

We accept bank transfer, QR code (VietQR), e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay) and domestic or international cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) through licensed payment gateways.

3. Prices and tax

All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable tax. There are no hidden fees. Electronic invoices are issued on request — please provide your invoicing details before paying.

4. Order confirmation

After a successful payment you receive a confirmation email with your order code within 5 minutes, and the order is stored under "Transaction history" in your account. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.

5. Payment security

All transactions are encrypted over TLS. eCenter never stores your card number or security code — card details are handled directly by PCI DSS compliant payment gateways.

6. Payment support

For failed transactions, money charged without course activation, or any reconciliation request, contact 0908362485 or levanhaichau@gmail.com with your transaction code. We resolve these within 48 business hours.
